Terms of Bickford Kennels

This puppy warranty is extended only to original purchaser of a Bickfords puppy.

The breeder Bickford Kennels will be given the first opportunity to buy back said puppy if
the buyer decides to sell the said puppy.

It is not transferable to third party in the event the original purchaser should elect to sell
or give the puppy away.

Bickfords kennels guarantees that all puppies will be free of all communicable diseases
at the time of the transfer of the puppy to the new owner.

All Bickfords puppies will be current on vaccinations and worming medications at the
time of transfer of the puppy to the new owner. A document will be provided to the new
owner at the time of transfer, listing all vaccinations and treatments for the control of
parasites the puppy has received to date. It will be the responsibility of the new owner to
provide this information to the veterinarian.

Bickfords guarantees all puppies to be free of congenital and hereditary defects for a
period of 1 year transfer.

To validate this warranty, the purchaser must have the puppy given a health inspection
by a licensed veterinarian of their choice, within the first seventy-two (72) hours after
transfer of the puppy to the new owner. The purchaser will then forward a copy of the
health inspection that is signed by the veterinarian, to Bickford kennels within forty-eight
(48) hours after the completion of the inspection.

The owner will be responsible for all veterinary bills for the puppy.

The puppy in this contract will be NEUTERED or SPAYED within 7 months from purchase
and proof of NEUTERING or SPAYING must be forwarded to the breeder, if the contract
is broken there will be court costs and a penalty of $5000.00 payable to the breeder
name and the said puppy must be returned to the breeder (seller).

With the sale of each Bickfords puppy, a “Sales Agreement” is completed and agreed to
by both the buyer and the seller. On the sales agreement will be listed the puppies
description, identification, pre-existing conditions, sale price, delivery cost and terms of
the sale. Bickfords will explain the warranty and sales agreement to each prospective
purchaser prior to transfer of the puppy.

In the event that a puppy should die within the first year after transfer, the owner is
responsible to have an autopsy performed to determine the cause of death. If the
autopsy confirms the cause of death is the result of a congenital or hereditary defect,
Bickfords will be provided a copy of the autopsy report. At that time Bickfords will either
replace the puppy with one of similar value,NO REFUNDS. (excluding delivery cost).

Bickford kennels contract and guarantee

This agreement is made this ______day of__________, __________ and is between
the breeder (seller) and the buyer name below:

The buyer agrees to obtain from the seller the following puppy:

Buyer understands that a non-refundable deposit of $___________ will be in order to
hold the puppy until he/she is ready to go.

Payment must be made in full before the buyer may take ownership of the said puppy,
Personal checks will not be accepted, payment must be made in CASH,NO REFUNDS.

The breeder (seller) certifies that said puppy is a good health and has been immunized
and de-wormed as stated on the accompanying health record. The buyer agrees to
have the said puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of the
purchase date above. If the licensed veterinarian finds the said puppy health the
breeder will no longer assume responsibility for the health of the said puppy. The
breeder (seller) is not responsible for contagious diseases after the required licensed
veterinarian examination of three (3) days from the purchase date. Heat related
illnesses, ear infections, eye infections, cherry eye, coccidiosis, hypoglycaemia, or any
disease that is brought on by neglect or poor nutrition is NOT COVERED.________

Covered diseases are hip displaysia or heart/organ problems up to 1 year of age. A
replacement puppy will be given upon the first available litter NO REFUNDS. The return
of the defective puppy may be REQUIRED, along with the registration papers. To qualify
for a replacement puppy please notify the breeder (seller) of the situation immediately.
In all cases the breeder (seller) reserves the right to have the puppy examined by their
veterinarian. If the buyer requests a replacement puppy under this agreement and the
preferred veterinarian finds that the defect is NOT genetic, caused by an unrelated
trauma, stress, neglect, abuse, or any NON inherited factor, this guarantee is null and
void without effect and will NOT be honoured by the breeder (seller).________

To be covered by this guarantee the said puppy must be owned by the person who
originally purchased the said puppy from the breeder (seller). The said puppy must
have all times received proper nutrition, current vaccinations, regular worm vaccination
including heart worm prevention, and yearly veterinarian visits.________

The puppy in this contract will be NEUTERED or SPAYED within 7 months from purchase
and proof of NEUTERING or SPAYING must be forwarded to the breeder, if the contract
is broken there will be COURT COSTS and a PENALTY of $5000.00 payable to the
breeder name and the said puppy must be returned to the breeder (seller).__________
